Three young people in their mid twenies embarked on an epic journey, cycled the length of Britain to draw attention to the impact of climate change. By eating local organic food, wearing organic clothing and using muscle power rather than fossil fuels,we hope to have provided inspirational solutions to reduce our individual and collective ecological footprints on the planet and encourage more young people to work on the land in sustainable farming.

We made it!
We arrived at John o' Groats in the afternoon of Friday October 5th, having done 999.5 miles from Land's End. This was a total of 14 days riding; whilst we had to fit an extra day in to the schedule due to head winds and minor injuries, we felt this was a reasonable effort given we were all carrying panniers and didn't have a support vehicle - something that would have somewhat defeated the object of the ride!
So, the last updates and some concluding wordly-wise thoughts are on the
progress page, but we would like to say a massive
"thank you" to everyone who supported us in any way, shape or form - from those who put us up, gave us food, did web updates, donated or merely encouraged. We met some great people, rode through some amazing places and it opened up our thoughts on many parts of life.
Lastly, please remeber donations to our selected charities if you have't done so already - they are all worthy of your support.
Some concluding topical thoughts from the ride can be read here
"Only when the last tree has died and the last river been poisoned and the last fish been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money."
